OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Below are the official contest rules for the Texas Deer Cams Yearly Hunt Give-A-Way.

  1. CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: Only Texas Deer Cams Yearly Members are eligible for the contest. Membership must be current on the date of the drawing. Employees of Texas Deer Cams along with their immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses) and members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Complimentary memberships given to game ranch employees and Texas Deer Cams business associates are not eligible to enter or win.
  2. CONTEST RULES: All Texas Deer Cams Yearly Members are automcatially entered into the drawings. All Texas Deer Cams Monthly Members who have maintained their membership for twelve (12) consecutive months are also automatically entered. All members who participated in Monthly Photo Contests will be awarded an additional entry into the drawing for each month they participated. All members who won additional entries into the hunt drawings through Texas Deer Cams special promotions will automatically be granted their additional entries. All entries are automatic and require no action on the part of TDC members.
  3. WINNING: Each membership may win only once, however, there is no limit to the number of memberships an individual may purchase. Additional entries into the drawing are meant to increase a Member's odds of winning, and does not enable them to win more than one hunt. Should the same membership be drawn more than once, a runner-up will then be drawn. The first member will be notified of the hunts for which they were drawn and be allowed to make a selection between those prizes. The prize not selected will then be awared to the runner-up.
  4. Drawing: The drawings will be performed using double-blind random number generation. All entries will recieve a random number, then random numbers will be drawn for each hunt. The winner will be deteremined by matching up these random numbers. Winners will be announced via a posting on the website Contest Page and Forum, for all viewers to see, within seven (7) calendar days of the drawing being held. Winner will also be notified via registered mail. Once contacted, the winners will receive code words which they must use to identify themselves with the participating game ranches. These codes are used for verification purposes only.
  5. PRIZE RETAIL VALUE: Prize value will be determined by the participating game ranches. Winners my upgrade to hunts of greater value for the difference in price. Hunts may be transfered to any Texas Deer Cams membership, provided the membership was valid on the date of the drawing. All transfers must take place before the hunt is booked with the sponsor game ranch. No other substitutions or cash redemptions. Once the winning member has been contacted and given the winning code, Texas Deer Cams is no longer responsible for prize redemption. All equipment, gear, transportation, hunting licesnes, etc. are the responsibility of the winning member. Reservation dates and times are between the winning member and the respective sponsor game ranch.
  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Texas Deer Cams, which are final. All winning members agree to abide by the rules of the sponsor game rances. Should the winning member be a minor, their legal guardian must accompany them on the game ranch trip, and be responsible to pay their own room and board fees. All promotion materials (including the hunt photos) become the sole property of Texas Deer Cams and will not be returned. By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold Texas Deer Cams harmless from any claim related to the acceptance of a prize or participation in this promotion. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, except where prohibited or as restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the right and obligations of Texas Deer Cams, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Houston, Texas.
