Monthly Photo Contests
Q: Who is eligible to take part in the Monthly Photo Contests?
A: All Monthly and Yearly memberships are eligible to take part in the Monthly Photo Contests. Members are not allowed to win consecutive months, but are allowed to enter every month in order to accrue additional yearly hunt drawing entries. If a Member wins back to back months, the second place winner will awarded the Monthly Photo Contest prize.
Q: How do I participate in the Monthly Photo Contests?
A: Each month TDC will announce the theme for that month's photo contests. Members should watch the Member's Cams and use the Save Image button(s) to save wanted images. Once ready to submit an entry into the photo contest, visit the Contests section of the website and click the Submit Photo link. Complete the form and click the Choose File button to upload your photo.
Q: How do the additional hunt drawing entries work?
A: Additional Hunt Drawing entries are awarded to all members who participate in the Monthly Photo Contests - winning is not required. Yearly Members will be granted use of their additional entries during the YearlyHunt Give-A-Way Drawings. Monthly Members will not be entered into the Yearly Hunt Give-A-Way Drawings until they have been monthly members for 12 consecutive months. At that point they've earned one entry into the hunt drawing for their membership, plus they are granted use of their accrued additional hunt entries for that year. All additional hunt entries are reset to zero after the yearly hunt drawings and accrual of entries starts again.
Q: How does the Save Image(s) buttons work?
A: The live video feed is a java script that coninuously feeds new images into the web page on your browswer as a set refresh rate. The Save Image button at the bottom of the Member's Camera pages opens a new page (or tab) with the current frame in a JPG format. The 0 through 5 buttons will each open a new page (or tab) with past frames in JPG format. The 0 button will open the most recent past frame and the 5 button will open the oldest past frame still remaining on the site. All frames refresh at the same rate as the camera, so you must click quickly to capture old frames.

Q: Who is eligible for the Yearly Hunt Give-A-Way Drawings?
A: All Yearly Members are automatically entered into the Yearly Hunt Give-A-Way Drawings. Monthly Members who have maintained their membership for 12 consecutive months are also automatically entered into the Yearly Hunt Give-A-Way Drawings. Membership must be valid on the day the drawings will be held.

A: All entries are automatic; no action on part of the Members is required.
